"Sloppy work, dirty environment and horrible customer service. I picked out a color matching polish, regular pedicure polish and gel manicure. These colors are far from the same. When I brought the concern up to them they wouldn’t fix my gel polish."

"I've been a regular at Lovely Nails for years (normally coming for my pedicures, eyebrows, and soak offs), but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. There's been a decline in service under new management. During what should have been a routine soak-off of a gel overlay on my natural nails, my nail technician mishandled the nail drill, causing damage to my natural nail bed and a cut on my finger. When the manager, Ryan interjected, he was unhelpful and dismissive, simply stating that it happens sometimes during nail removal. I will not be returning to Lovely Nails, and if you care about maintaining the health of your natural nails, I would stay away from there as well."
