"Called the salon and spoke with Adela to see if she could do a same day appointment to cut my 75 yr old father’s unruly hair and beard, which she said she could do. Adela did an amazing job and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I must point out that my Dad uses sign language as he’s deaf. Most people direct their attention to me when I interpret for him as if they are talking to me instead of him, but Adela maintained eye contact with my Dad as if I was invisible, which was a welcomed surprise and incredibly respectful. She was very attentive, kind, caring and didn’t let a language barrier prevent her from providing excellent service. My father said he’ll be back and that he’s going to make me stay home next time. I cannot thank Adela enough for not only cutting his hair and beard, but for making him comfortable enough to say he’s going to come see her without me!"
