"My husband brought my 5 year old in today. He struggled to get on the big cushion which made the stylist noticeably irritated and then she proceeded to butcher my son's hair. We brought 4 photos of his previous haircut that we loved and told her to leave it a little longer on the top than even those photos. But no she cut all of my son's curls off from the sides and back and then went even SHORTER on the top. I wish I could post photos. We will never return."
