"While their acrylic technique is ok, they are lacking in nail design techniques. In addition, their customer service is poor. Unprofessional is being gracious, honestly. I've been getting my nails done for years here in the valley and then in Arizona. I've NEVER been told that there are other nail salons I could go to or that they can't do what I want (or at least similar). The owner takes all her calls on speakerphone, the gentleman who works there doesn't communicate well and after our miscommunication the owner was going to soak my nails off and do what I explained I wanted. I did appreciate the attempt To make things right, I did not have time to sit another hour and a half and expressed to them That wouldn't be fair To them Either after already doing a full set. I was frustrated but in the end my nails looks fine for my daughter's wedding. Skip ahead to The next day when my daughter came in for her set. Strangely, she was told they couldn't do what she wanted and they didn't have "those colors" (white and silver with sparkle). When my daughter expressed her frustration, the owner started recording her on the phone. My daughter, a soon to be bride, was mortified and humiliated and left the salon sobbing. I did call and spoke to the owner (on speaker) and expressed how unprofessional her business is. She stated she had me on speaker and had a witness right there listening to us. I've never experienced this level of customer service, especially at a nail salon. Most places want you to have a great experience so they earn your business. The owner was right about one thing.....there are plenty of other nail salons.....I would recommend any over this one, mainly for their unprofessionism and lack of customer service. I hope they build a business they truly deserve. Good luck."

"Hands down the best and only nail salon I will go to in our area. This family owned business truly cares about their clients and their experience. I have been getting dip manicures every other week for almost a year since Cupid opened - sometimes I’m there more frequently for pedicures. I also take my young daughter in for manicures. My nails always look flawless. I always leave thrilled about my nails. The salon is also incredibly clean. Recommend 5 stars a million times over."

"I cannot recommend this salon enough!! EVERY technician is extremely talented and friendly. My friend followed the owner from a previous salon and from her recommendation alone, most of the girls in the office I work in are clients at Cupid Nails. Victoria, Nicole, and Timmy are so kind, friendly, and gentle. The salon is extremely clean and relaxing. I have never left displeased, and I can often go several weeks between fills because the quality of their work is so high. They are all also very efficient and service time is quick without being rushed. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are always accommodating to their clients’ needs. I drive an hour from PA just to see these girls! If you haven’t yet, do yourself a favor and get your nails right with Cupid Nails!!"
