No matter what inspiration pics I bring in, Cindy always manages to make my nails look amazing, not to mention she’s super fun to talk with while getting my nails done! If i could give more than 5 stars i would."

"My nails on my right hand are shorter than my left hand. When I arrived Cindy was in a rush and I have never seen someone use a buffer to cut nails down. They were uneven and multiple times She hurt me. She said the tool just feels very hot. Probably because it was being overused. She had someone else help me. That girl was very kind and patient and did do the design just how I wanted. I tipped her well and appreciate her help. But I am now going out of town for the holidays with uneven nails and it feels really ugly. I wish I wasn't rushed and my nails didn't look like this. Unfortunately I will not be returning."

"Let me just start by saying I’ve been here a few times now and every time has been an amazing experience. I thought I had found my permanent nail place. The techs are amazing, I’ve never left with my nails being messed up. This last time I came, I had the pleasure of dealing with Cindy (the owner, which btw was not a pleasure.) I’ll start by saying I booked with the same girl I go to. I arrive and she’s not there (I should’ve received a phone call if I wasn’t seeing who I booked with) but I let it go and didn’t say anything. I booked for a dip but ASKED when I got there if I could do ombré and the tech said YES. Now here’s the issue. The tech was still learning so she couldn’t do ombré (which was fine, I understand she’s still learning so I wasn’t mad at that.) it wasn’t until Cindy asked for my payment (because she wanted to leave.) I told her I would pay after I receive the service I was paying for (what the tech was doing wasn’t ombré) but again, I wasn’t mad at her. Cindy then took over and decided to make snyde comments placing the blame on me. She told me that next time if I want ombré I need to book for ombré (which I understand completely) HOWEVER, if I ask to switch my service and your tech says it’s okay, then why exactly am I to blame? Cindy proceeds to say it’s because she assigns them to whoever, had she known I wanted ombré, she would’ve given me a tech that can do ombré. Which brings me to my next issue which is, why would you have people book ONLINE with their tech they choose, if you just randomly assign them? And why would you assign me to someone KNOWING they can’t do ombré. All they had to say was “we can’t do ombré on you” and I would’ve been fine with that. Then proceeds to continue b******** at me saying “btw there’s a policy online when booking the appointment.” I understood that, HOWEVER I didn’t pay it because I wasn’t 100% sure I was able to get out of work on time. I was completely prepared to be turned away which I was fine with. All in all the techs there are amazing. It saddens me that after years of looking for a nail tech and finally finding one I like, I have to start over again. I would also like to add that this is the first time I have EVER spoken up about my nails in any nail salon. I’m a very understanding person. Had she talked to me with RESPECT as I gave her, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Even if she had said everything she did, but done it respectfully, I would be going back. The owner is what’s going to harm her business. The techs are great but she definitely needs to take a class in customer service. I’ve been in the service industry for YEARS and I would NEVER speak to a client the way she spoke to me. I will never recommend this place again. Pay attention to the reviews, especially the ones about the owner being rude. Her responses alone to some of these reviews are unprofessional. You can definitely respond in a much more professional way. I’ll end this by saying the tech apologized to me for not being able to do ombré (which I wasn’t upset with her in the first place.) she was very sweet. I still ended up leaving her a tip because even for just learning, she was still doing an amazing job in my opinion. However the nails I asked for, was not what I received and Cindy should have realized that (which she did, she just didn’t care) and done something more than being rude. What I asked for vs what I got is COMPLETELY different. 2 stars cause the techs are amazing just hope you don’t run into Cindy. I will attach photos below. UPDATE**** it’s been a little over a week. Two nails have come off and three are starting to lift. Definitely will not be returning."

"I'm SO SO glad I found Glaze when I did!! I moved back to the area after graduating from college and was on the lookout for a new nail salon back home... Cindy and her technicians are AMAZING!! I think I am on the pickier side when it comes to my nails, and Cindy never ceases to amaze me :) I get acrylics and love to get fun and intricate designs- they are always perfectly shaped, never too thick, and always come out amazing! Cindy is always fun to talk to and is always easy to coordinate appointments with. I would recommend Glaze to anyone!!"
