"Overall my eye brows looked nice but I feel like the woman that did them was just a bit rude and demanding. I was a bit disappointed with the small attitude but the brows were nice. She do mess them up a bit. Better to just get them waxed."

"I’ve been getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded for YEARS. I’ve gone to many places over the years and have always had good results, until now!! Today I went here and I can’t remember the name of the woman doing my eyebrows and lip, but I do remember her not using hand sanitizer or washing her hands between clients and before me. Then…she cut the corner of my lip and I was bleeding. I was too distracted by the wound on my face to notice that she also made my eyebrows super uneven and part of my one brow was just gone. Not sure if she trimmed it too short or accidentally ripped the hairs out, but yeah. I will not be returning here and I hope that in the future there is better sanitary practices along with just not sucking."

"This is the only place I go for my eyebrows! My skin is super sensitive and I cannot wax my eyebrows so I’ve been getting threaded here for the past 7 years. I’ve never had an experience where I could find a single complaint! My eyes water really bad too, and I’ve always been given a tissue and offered makeup remover or aloe to help the mascara and soothe my skin. I won’t ever use a different threading place as long as I live in this area."

"Went here to get my eyebrows threaded from this place just now, the day after Christmas. The woman didn't even greet me when I said hello and asked about services. Then, I asked her to just clean up my eyebrows but keep them thick, she didn't even turn around to see what I was trying to communicate to her. She did what she wanted to do instead and made them thin and created a weird arch on one eyebrow. You can see how far back she pushed the natural outline of my brows back. I didn't want to be difficult so I told her I liked them and just wanted to leave. I gave her $20 and waited for my change $5. She paused and looked at me as if I was standing there for no reason. After she begin getting my money, she asked if I wanted one's. I said it doesn't matter. She then said are you gonna leave a tip, I get paid from tips. I said not today. She stared at me in my eyes with a nasty look and then finally gave me my change back. Worst experience ever. Nasty spirited and entitled woman. I will not ever be returning back to be serviced there, especially by that woman. Photos attached!"
