"Love this Veterinary hospital. Staff and Veterinarians are wonderful and provide excellent service and care. This was a wonderful change from Banfield (Whitemarsh and Abingdon)."
"The staff was amazing. The building was cleaning. The vet was super!! She answered all our questions. She didn't rush us or think our questions were childish. Wish we had found them much sooner!!"
"The customer service here is poor, once I came to pick up my elderly dogs CBD after my night shift. At this time they had you wait outside for pickups. Through the window I watched the receptionist motion with their hands for me to get to the point about my call. After waiting a while they finally opened the door to give me money for their door dash! I should have not even purchased from them that day but the vitamins made my old lady jump around like a puppy. The receptionists need to at least pretend customer service isn’t the bane of their existence. Will gladly not return here. 2 stars because the CBD was effective for my old puppy girl’s hips."
"Amazing vets. We have been taking our dogs since we first had dogs."
"My dog went here to 10 years. 10 freaking year and when I call to tell them my dog is sick and all details they say sorry can't see him to the 10th or 11th. My dog was weak and could hardly walk called the Animal Emergency Hospital got in with them. To find out that he has life threatening diabetes, enlarge liver, prostate issues, 105 temp, arthritis, eye problems and chipped hip/pelvis bone. The arthritis and eyes are understandable. The chip in hip/pelvis is understandable too because he was weak and couldn't really jump. We had to put him down since this vet never searched for diabetes something that is by what the Animal Emergency Hospital said common in his breed! Never going here they are money greedy people! If you don't know your doing get out of the vet work and let people who actually care do it. No one and I mean no one should have to put there pet down because you don't care! RIP Shadow 9/10/2021- 7/2/2023 P.S. stop giving wrong anibotes the anibotes for his losing hair didn't work!"
