"My son picked up my three prescriptions at the Edgewood rite aid and he paid for three there was papers in there for three but there was only two prescriptions My 10 alphaposium were not there I called the pharmacist she said she rang it up and she knew that there was three prescriptions there but there was not three prescriptions in my bag when he got home they're not in his car he checked he never even opened the bag they folded the bag down and that's the way it was when he brought it into me and I opened it and said why is there only two prescriptions what happened to my third one he said I paid for three and the pharmacist didn't want to hear it she didn't want to discuss looking outside to see if it fell checking the security cameras because it was not in my bag when he got it and instead of trying to come to a solution she hung up on me"

"I went to this pharmacy for my mother to pick up her three prescriptions that I pick up every month I paid for three prescriptions the lady handed me the bag with my change in it rolled up the top of it was rolled up and I came home and handed it to my mother and there was only two prescriptions in the bag. After being on hold for 20 minutes when the pharmacist finally came back she swore that she put three prescriptions in the bag but yet I only had two so after screaming match between the two of us she finally hung up on me. I plan on taking all three of my monthly medicines to another pharmacy on next month when I have to refill them"

"I despise this pharmacy. I switched from them to Redners in February of last year due to them being rude, messing up orders, ..rude. Seriously, they put 1 pill into one of my prescriptions once. Didnt apologize. I see things haven't changed as i am forced to get a prescription from them today and i want to know when it'll be ready. I have called several times in the past hour and they don't pick up and the system puts you into a repetitive circle where you have to keep pressing 3, wait through 7 or so rings, then get routed back to main menu."

"If I could give this pharmacy a lower score I would. It’s so conveniently located for me, and I have used it for years, but the customer service continues to get worse and worse. I just spent 15 minutes calling and calling - finally calling the main store and having them transfer me, and waiting on hold for 5 minutes, to try to ask a question about a prescription that I need and hasn’t been filled yet, for the pharmacist to pick up and simply tell me to call back tomorrow because they’re closed. When I said I had been trying to call during their store hours, she said when they only have 1 pharmacist on duty, they can’t answer the phone. That’s a staffing problem, not the customer’s problem; this is not the first or second time I have experienced very poor customer service from them. I’ve had enough; I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy during my next doctors’ appointment. Do better, Rite Aid."
