"I decided to go early to pick up my prescriptions. I was greeted and also asked if this was the first time taking my medications and if I had any questions or concerns. It was a great experience."

"I don't have enough words to describe how consistently atrocious this CVS Pharmacy is. The staff are trying, and they are kind for the most part and do their best to help you. But the place is SO understaffed. I have never waited less than 20 minutes to get a prescription here, doesn't matter if it's 7am, 4pm, or 10pm. I'm currently in line at 8pm and there's a line 10 people deep and it hasn't moved for 5 minutes. There's clearly something wrong with the way their system interfaces with the CVS app, because you'll get a text alert that your prescription is ready and you'll get to the pickup window and they will have absolutely no record of your medication. Don't even think about trying to call them, you will absolutely never get someone to pick up the phone. The entire place seems like it's held together on a wing and a prayer. There's currently a handwritten note on the drive thru window that says their register is broken so no one can use the drive though. The last time I was here, no joke, someone's two year old child was wandering around behind the pharmacy counter. My insurance requires me to use CVS and this is the only 24 hour pharmacy anywhere near my house, otherwise I would have switched years ago. It's ridiculous to me that CVS thinks it's okay to operate a medical establishment this way."

"Watched Rosemary have issues with finding 4 customers prescriptions in a row, head pharmacist said 1/4 prescriptions ended up at another pharmacy, provided no information just that I needed that medicine and proceeded to provide no help with getting said medicine. I made the mistake once, but don’t send any prescriptions to this pharmacy."

"I’d give this location zero stars if I could. I’ve been waiting for my vaccine appointment for 20 minutes and there are still at least two people in front of me. The immunizer didn’t show up, no one told the manager, the pharmacist is having to do injections (which means she isn’t filling prescriptions). This store is the hottest disaster. If this hadn’t been the earliest available appointment, I wouldn’t have come here. I’m frankly thinking it’s not worth staying."

"It’s unfortunate that almost every experience at this CVS pharmacy is riddled with long wait times, indifferent staff members and a dimly lighted not very clean store. The 24/7 convenience always seems to be less of a convenience every time I visit the store on 15100 Baltimore Ave Laurel MD"
