"Rescheduled a vet visit per secretary advice in regards to when insurance will kick in. Secretary mistakenly scheduled visit for wrong time and caused me to lose deposit. When questioned about how this is a lot of money to just lose and it is not fair I was interrupted by Kelley who started talking over me then hung up the phone. I Can not speak for their service as I have not received any but I will say if this is their demeanor for handling pet parents concerns I question the quality of service."
