CVS

"I try to NEVER go to this CVS. Usually drive an extra 10/15 mins to Centennial Lane. However, I was in a rush and needed my child’s antibiotics tonight so went against my better judgement and had the Rx sent here. It sucks that the drive thru window is not open but aside from that I actually had a good experience. I didn’t wait long in line and was greeted by a beautiful smiling face. She was so kind and helpful. The Rx wasn’t ready but she filled it right away and I was out of there in less than 5 mins. The name on my 3ft long receipt is Morgan so hopefully that’s her. She absolutely deserves recognition of her wonderful customer service."

"Tessa Foster. The pharmacy manager. Rudest pharmacist ive ever spoken to. Literally would not let me speak because “I’m going to say a lot of something that she already knows the answer to”. I will be calling corporate as well. I cannot believe how rude she was. I always have problems with this pharmacy, but this was just too much. So disgusted."

"I went on 11/15 around 9:40 pm. The manager/head associate at this time was incredibly kind (black woman with short hair) to me and her coworker. One of my coupons would not apply and she kept thinking of solutions instead of turning me away. Most CVS employees would have/have told me I couldn't use it despite it stating it is applicable. In addition, this location was the only one actually open till 10 in the Baltimore area and was decently stocked. IMO this CVS is worth making the trip if you're in the Windsor area."

"Customer service has improved at this specie location in the past few months . Someone is now actually available to help you ring up items or cancel and void items at the self check out. Furthermore I was introduced to a new program which I signed up for on the spot. This lady was most helpful and engaging unlike the others."

"Normally I get my prescriptions filled at Walgreens but this CVS is closer so I decided to give it a shot. Pharmacy was randomly closed during the middle of the day. Pharmacist heard us complaining, came out and said they would re-open in 30 mins (no explanation) and took down the pasted sign from yesterday which said they were closing early so this is apparently the second day in a row this has happened. Giving two stars because, pharmacy aside, I really like this store a lot, otherwise it would have been one star. Will be going back to Walgreens for prescriptions until this location addresses all of the negative feedback out here."
