"Sold a VR set for a PS4 and I was told it was "the complete set - everything the original set had and that I would need," but didn't come with headphones. So my child didn't open it until Christmas and low and behold we don't have corded headphones in the house. You could easily buy the VR system used online for a much cheaper price and that's what I shouldve done. I thought buying the "complete set" would save me time and guarantee it to work, but now I have to go purchased a set of headphones on top of the nealry $200 I spent here. The manager said "you don't need them" and that I can "just go buy a pair." I fully understand that I don't want used ones, but if they're so cheap and you're selling this at a higher rate Tham everywhere else throw a pair in the box or inform me about what I'm purchasing."

"My husband and I come here quite often and will spend a lot of time looking around. They always have a great selection of movies, shows, games, and a ton of other merch! Staff is always very helpful and knowledgable and if they dont have something, they will check to see if they can get it in for you. The prices are pretty great and cheap for the most part. Sometimes they can be a little confusing or cheaper 'new' elsewhere. But I find that to be pretty rare. Speaking of rare.. I also love that I can find rare movies and stuff here! Movies from my childhood and growing up that Im thrilled to add to my collection!"

"This place is very overpriced and they don’t give you almost anything when you bring in funkos, figures, and games to sell and then they sell them for 3-4 times the amount they bought it for. They sell used games for the same amount as brand new games it’s ridiculous. They act offended when you don’t take their very low offer when trying to sell items to them and they are really condescending and talk to you like you’re stupid as well. The one male employee there mansplains things to you if you are a woman and laughs while mansplaining it you. Like I said, treating you like you’re stupid. They point at you and whisper to other employees as they’re “pricing” the items you want to sell and laugh as well when whispering it’s highly unprofessional and rude. I’ve sold funkos that were worth over $400 and only received $100 or less and the next time I went in one of them was listed for $90 alone when I had sold about 45 at one time. I’ve even been scoffed at when I didn’t accept their low offers. This place is rude and a joke..you’re better off selling or purchasing games, funkos, and figures online or at a pawn shop..this place is snobby."
