"This place is a fraud, don’t come here, they will stand out side to persuade customers to come in, when you get there they will do poor work, I had individual braids, but I needed small the owner, yell and spoke verbal harsh words in your ear, the whole time, and scam me by putting large braids in the middle of my head, within a week braids were slipping out, due to my hair being short, charge me $220., what a mess, don’t be scammed, be aware…!!"

"PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE BIRACIAL Before I say what I’m bout to say please let me mention I’m Spanish, Black And White so I’m in no way being ignorant. I cut my hair recently and my hair type is thick but more wavy then curly and definitely not fully straight but typically gripable by anyone else I’ve ever went to when it’s short or long. So anyways My friend who has more coarse hair then myself recommended the shop because that’s where she goes when she doesn’t feel like doing her own hair . So I go before I go to see family for the first time in years . I go on a Friday and show them different styles and ask which they can do and they pick this braided bob I like and charged me a price higher then the other one for it and recommended that’ll stay better in my hair . My hair started coming out in 3 days . Braids falling out . I was out of town and the owner was nice enough to say she’d fix my hair because of course no refunds . So I go back the next week and they charge me an extra 20 for the hair . So all together I gave them 200 all together and it’s been a week and my hairs still coming out . And one of them said to me I would’ve told you no to braid your hair because it’s hard . It wasn’t hard for them to take my money tho. All ima say is if you don’t have coarse hair that’s typically braided I wouldn’t go here . They can’t do no bi racial hair my hairs all poking out and slipping . If I didn’t spend so much I’d take it out I’m telling you ."

"Overpriced. I paid top of the line price for low quality work. I was told they had time to do my hair when I called prior but then was rushed and received low quality work with worker putting in little effort so she could do another custormers hair, who they knew was scheduled to come in when I called to ask if I can come. My hair tech had a young person who was learning practice on my head and this is not right to do when you are charging full price. I got home and noticed how bad the job was. I will try a different place next time. Looks like from reviews you need to know who to let do your hair there and likely demand you are getting full attention and they are not overbooked."

"I like my hair dresser Rosie, she knows what she's doing, braids are always nice and neat and the compliments from the public just keep coming...but sometimes she talks a lot on her phone and with the other stylists and that can become a distraction for her...But once I let her know how I felt about that she has improved...But one of the owner's who doesn't speak English that well is lazy and she doesn't keep herself looking presentable and I hardly see her doing anything around the shop. But overall I like and trust my one and only stylist."
