"Staff friendly as usual. The guy Taylor who waited on us was extremely friendly and polite. Had a few extras and substitutions on our food and was all received like ordered. Place was extremely clean, tables were cleared and wiped down, the service station also. Food was piping hot. Couldn't fault the staff, wait time or food at all. Between their coupons and reasonable prices, 4 people ate for under $30 too. The Royal Crispy chicken was bomb."

"So I got two double hamburgers and a large fry for close to $11. But the fries were over $3 and and barely filled the fry container so I went inside to complain and no one acknowledged me then the manager grabbed the fry container looked in the bag as if I was trying to cheat them and then topped off my fries. Disgusted I threw the fries and the bag on the floor behind the counter and left only to be questioned by the manager why I did that and had to explain to her that she had zero customer service skills and so did her employees and it will be the last time I will ever go there and will make it my effort to make sure no one else ever goes there because of her ignorance. Its a white black thing."
