Reviews
"It's a give or take. Sometimes the drive thru is so long I just pull off. And when it comes to service about 25 percent of employees are happy to have a job. But the rest of the staff is so miserable to be there, they make me feel depressed by the look on their faces, as if they are angry they have to pass a bag of food out the window. But show up for a pay check."
"They were very kind to me even though I was homeless. They let me charge my phone even though I never spent that much money, and I was usually there over an hour. I appreciated them."
"I’m so sick to my stomach I can’t believe they gave me this food like this look like the chicken nuggets was all over the floor still have all this grease in it hamburger uncooked had me throwing up all over the place."
"Ordered on the app from the parking lot of this “24 hour” McDonalds. Went to the drive thru where i was greeted pleasantly by some guy who was then cut off by a female who stated “our whole system down, we closed.” Interestingly enough my money has yet to be refunded."
"They need to speed up the service in the drive through. They have a bunch of mean resentful Disrespectful people working in that window. They are sneaky that I'll put you on hold for over a minute. I mean, what the purpose of going through the drive through for speedy service, right? Well, these people. I have you waiting a good 1520 minutes or so at best. The food is undercooked and the people are nasty as all hell, and it's a total waste of time going there. If you don't believe me, just read the rest of the reviews, they are horrible. Whoever owns this establishment needs to get their button gear and hire some people that like dealing with the public and not the kind of people who are sneaky and conniving and have attitude and mental situations going on with. This could truly ruin your business. This is the type of behavior that are ruined in businesses. People are literally closing down their business because of poor customer service. This is hard, horrible. You need to get your butts in gear and get some people in there. That, like greeting people and helping people not giving them the gas face. When they pull up, not screwing up the change. And try to get over and scan the credit cards. Some real human beings that like to work. Thank you, that's it, that's all."
