"Taco Bell up at Chestnut is brilliant here. I really loved their Food. That I would go hungry for more. And I loved doing my uber eats deliveries here. It's my usual hotspot. So I rate this place 5 stars."

"This place deserves negative stars if it were possible. The staff was rude and probably the most incompetent I have ever seen at any establishment. They clearly did not care about getting the food out in a timely fashion, and prioritized their friends that walked in and ordered over getting orders out in the order they were received. We waited over an hour for our food just to find out they had lost the order. We asked for a refund and we were told they could not refund our money and finally proceeded to slap together a poorly made order. The first time we asked about our food we were rudely told they would call our name by the manager. (This was roughly 45 minutes in). All of the employees were either clearly under the influence of drugs or had a serious attitude problem. I recommend Taco Bell clean house at this location if they care about their reputation and company at all."

"If I could give this Taco Bell negative stars I would. This store location, the workers, the manager, and the atmosphere is absolutely repulsive. The food I received I wouldn’t feed any animal, I threw it out almost immediately. Which is a shame because I had to wait a half hour for it in the store after ordering it online close to an hour before. The lady at the register who I had to interact with to get my food, made it clear how much she doesn’t like the guests or how much she didn’t want to be there or serve food. She verbally talked about how we were all annoying and she “doesn’t want to deal with y’all today” Not too mention the manager sweating profusely and clearly under the influence of drugs. While he showed preferential treatment to some doordash drivers and pushing their order through to come out first. End rant: don’t go here unless you want to get sick from their food, be treated poorly, and waste your money"

"Pretty much a 60/40 chance that you wont have a good experience here. The 3 times I have gone have been for a late night quick snack. Each time the store was very busy with lots of people just standing around waiting 15+ minutes for their food. It was also a little messy. With the chaos that runs throughout the place, its usual that they will mess up something. Not the cleanest location either. Food isn't anything spectacular, but at the end of the day its Taco Bell"

"I had a veg burrito, Fiesta potato’s and nachos. Didn’t like the burritos, too soft, too much liquid, so much so it dripped. The Fiesta potato Were delicious but the nachos were disappointing. Small in size and small in quantity. Service was ok, but felt they could have been more attentive And less chatty amongst themselves. They could do with more chairs and tables and actively clean up after each customer."
