"From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. It began back in September 2020. We wanted wall to wall carpeting removed in two bedrooms and replaced with hardwood to match what was already in the rest of the house. Tom came to our home, spent a lot of time with us, and subsequently searched until he found a hardwood that was almost identical to the one we had in the rest of the house. We moved into the house in November, the floor was scheduled to be installed in December, but we had to postpone due to illness. This was handled very graciously, and when we finally were ready (May 2021), he arranged for the installation right away, despite the difficulties the pandemic has been causing businesses, and a wonderful installer completed the project quickly and beautifully! We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend NP Flooring! (And we LOVE the new floors--even better than we hoped for.)"
