"Went in to grab allergy medicine for my daughters and get my Covid booster and Flu shot! Kam went above and beyond to make sure I found an allergy medicine that worked for both of them. He also did both of my vaccines! I was absolutely impressed by how quick and painless the whole experience went. Would definitely 10/10 recommend going to him for your vaccines!"
"The staff at the CVS on Churchville Road in Bel Air is tops!!! Every single time I have visited I had positive interactions with staff, even when I was frustrated about things beyond ones control. Thank you to all Churchville Rd CVS team members!!"
"This place is a backwards mess. You go to the Pharmacy drive thru and are greeted with a message that "we are stocking everyday products at the drive thru" to make your visit more convenient. Oh really? I can get a schedule 4 drug with my ID through that window , but ask for Sudafed (for which I could use the same ID) and you would think I'm requesting unregulated ammunition! Thry make you come in to pick up Sudafed in person. Why? What's the difference? If I'm showing an ID, why do I have to come in? Well, the woman in the window tells me that they only offered Drive thru service on Sudafed at the window during COVID. Again...makes absolutely no sense."
"Horrible experience. Will never set foot in this CVS just based solely off of the phone call with the pharmacy and staff. Been searching for my prescription medication for 2 weeks WITH my doctor. Also a “PATIENT” of CVS. Called 3 CVS to see if they had my prescription in stock they told me it was backordered. Great, moving on to the next one. Called this CVS and the staff told me they can’t give me that info because they could get “robbed” because the prescription is a controlled dangerous substance. How about we keep it uniform. I simply asked if they had it in stock so I could call my doctor for her to send the prescription. So my doctor wouldn’t have to take the time to call for hours all day long. These are not healthcare providers or professionals they are crooks and ignorant. One of the first CVS pharmacists, whom was extremely helpful, gave me this cvs because the doctor said it was showing they had it in stock on their system but you should still call to confirm it is in stock. Absolute joke waste of time for me writing this review about this particular CVS pharmacy staff. They need to be sent to remedial training for customer service and being polite. Do your job. These are the “karens” of the world and that’s why their lives will never be successful and fulfilled."
