Crab Shack II 5305 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19120

"This was my fourth time there. Every time I come there is new faces, so that tells me ; either they don't pay much or management is bad. Anyway I always order the special platter with the 3 sides. It was 52 then they changed it to 44. That is dollars. Ok once I'm finished my order is usually about 70 or 80 dollars, because I want more. This time I went , it was bad . The lady taking my order didn't want to come to see what I wanted. I had to tell her to come & look. She was new so she was asking the lady that I always see everything. That was fine, now what wasn't fine was the dungeonees crab & the king legs. The dungeonees crabs were spoiled & the king crabs was missing legs. It wasn't even hot, & it looked like someone had ate some of my order. I called to talk about the order no one answered. Overall I see why it's like it is. When you spend your money you are supposed to get the best right. Well they won't see me again."

"Ordered 2 crab cakes with seafood salad. The guy behind the counter did not want to give me my change. The crab cakes were not heated thoroughly and it was filled with filler. The seafood salad was made with imitation crab meat, the price of it should reflect that. It just really was not worth coming here. They have truly fell off. Save your money, you will make out better some where else."

"I had a terrible day, and due to some of the reviews, my guard was up. And it turned out to be the best experience. The cashier seemed to be a manager or owner. She was so nice. She turned my frown upside down. I also enjoyed the food and have no complaints."

"I'm sorry but I keep giving the place a chance and I keep getting the same results, how you steam crab legs but they're still cold on the inside ,Broccoli was mushy crabs leg was skinny. Only good thing was that the guy brought the food out to me with a boot on his foot .But this place needs to step their game up ."
