"Dr.Bishop and his staff are by far the best animal hospital I have come across in my many, many years of having pets. From friendly to compassionate to experienced, words that do not adequately describe Dr Bishop and his staff. Dr Bishop is so caring and helpful; being there exactly when you need him, even though I was not that close to his office but he still came to my home to take excellent care of Ruby. Both times Dr. Bishop came to my home he brought along the most compassionate and experienced assistants who didn’t get frustrated even though Ruby was very frightened and was not going to comply with their requests. In addition, Dr Bishop was kind enough to have his groomer take care of Ruby who has allergies and in desperate need of a bath and a cut. I was really doubtful of the results while I was waiting knowing I had not been able to bathe her or even cut a matt from her hair. She is beautiful…. perfectly groomed! Shocked and amazed are an understatement! I would strongly recommend Dr. Bishop and his exceptional staff without reservation. Thank you Dr. Bishop and all your great employees!!!"
"Dr. Bishop was so amazing with my dog Chase, even though this was not his vet (now he is!). I took chase to the emergency vet the night before and they were unable to see him due to a high number of animals that night. My partner recommended Dr. Bishop. We called the next morning and we were seen fairly early in the day. He took an Xray and was able to identify that he had a foreign object (later it was discovered it was a broken chick bone) stuck in his intestine. He was very up front with the cost and what was needed. I trusted Dr. Bishop to complete the surgery and am so glad I did. Chase has since made a full recovery. Throughout the whole process Dr. Bishop answered our questions when we would call and even called to check on chase himself! Definitely couldn't recommend a better vet. Thank you Dr. Bishop!"
"Dr. Bishop and his staff were so kind and patient with us. Our dog was nervous at her appointment and they took the time to help her get comfortable before her exam. They made sure to ask if I had any questions and made a sensible plan to address her tumor and mobility issues. We are so thankful to have found their team."
"Dr. Bishop and staff are very accessible, knowledgeable, and truly caring of pets. They have cared for my kitten since we got him last summer. Most recently our cat needed urgent surgery to remove an intestinal blockage. Dr. Bishop and team did the procedure and followed up several times to ensure the cat was recovering well. Within days our cat was healthy, energetic, and playful. Thanks Dr. Bishop!"
"My cat almost died due to their negligence! I took my cat here because he had what I assumed was a terrible bladder infection. They charged $500 and did all these tests then told me that my cat was "just stressed" and sent him home with antibiotics though his condition got worse. When I called to get the results of the blood work they had misplaced it and my cat needed to come in for more blood work. (More money spent!) The results were "inconclusive". He got so bad I had to take him to Falls Road emergency vet clinic, and he was in ICU for 3 days. He actually had urinary crystals causing a blockage and had to be on an IV and a catheter those three days. I will never take any of my pets to Loving Pet Care again. (Thankfully, my cat is fine now )"
