"Purchased granite countertops from this contractor in 2017. The original installation and seam were amazing except...they drilled our soap dispenser hole in the wrong location. We called up to find out the plan and dealt with the owner who was extremely rude on the phone, but assured us they would make it right. They show up with the new piece and join it to the old piece that they didn't screw up. The seam is so obvious and the pattern is so off its no where even close to similar. We told them this wasn't acceptable and the owner replies with a snarky comment that it's stone and being natural there aren't guarantees of a match. I replied to him that the original work was very similar in pattern and that the seam blended in so nicely and his response was a not my problem attitude. I should of gotten more than one quote, I shouldn't have paid them until I was satisfied, and I shouldn't have deleted my review in 2017 but I felt guilty leaving a poor review being a business owner myself. After staring at this for so long, and having another rude experience with the owner or manager Norm (I think his name is) I've decided to let people know what they could expect if they hire this company."

"New build through Tuskes. Have been trying to get a repair/adjustment made for well over a year. Each time they had to come for a there were issues. They usually run late and never call to tell you. The lack of customer service is very disappointing."
"Showroom is Fantastic. Many Displays of Tile,Sinks,Counter Tops and Cabnits. Helpful and knowledgeable Staff. Friendly Staff. Large Selection of Granite Slabs in there Yard. Grounds and Buildings are up to date and well Maintained. Free Off Street Parking. I walked in but should have an appointment at this time. Masks are required. Not sure of pricing yet. Did not get a quote so far. I think they cut the stone slabs in house. Overall very nice experience."
