These men will give the dirtiest looks if you give any specifications or edits to your order or ask for anything more or less! Regardless that you’re paying. I work in the mall, so I’ve visited so many times. The woman is kind. But that’s it! They make me never want to spend my money here, again. "First and foremost, the lady who takes the order then makes the food is THE absolute worst. She isn’t empathetic, people savvy nor respectful. I ordered seasoned fries today, and she makes them extra hard, too oily and when confronted about them, instead of apologizing and making me more she says it’s the seasoning. Which I saw her pour my fries into the container so I know it wasn’t the seasoning. It’s a shame that this company doesn’t hire people who smile and are people savvy."
