Reviews
"The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices were what you would expect in this area. The food was fine it just didn't "wow" me. Quantities of rice, protein, and vegetables were good but the sauce quantity in my opinion was inadequate. I might go back if looking for a somewhat healthy quick food option."
"I have been to few restaurants like choolah which specialize in fast Indian food. The issue with choolah was that the food itself wasn't that tasty and the portions were much smaller than what you would get at other restaurants. The easy to order kiosks, the cool machine to hand wash was fun for kids and the restaurant itself has a new age vibe to it. I would rate this high on the experience than on the food itself"
"The experience of having lunch at this Indian fast food restaurant was wonderful. I could either place my order using a screen or go straight to the counter. The meal selection was very simple and straightforward. I chose a chickpea wrap, masala milk tea, and dal. The tea was fragrant and refreshing, and the other two dishes were also impressive, as well as healthy and packed with nutrition. I was highly impressed."
"This place was such a let down. This place has a Chipotle-esq fast food vibe, but failed to deliver on it. First, let's start with the food, for the price there is no value here. The portions are lackluster and the variety is non-existent. This maybe would be acceptable if the food was stellar, but it wasn't. The masala sauce was watery, protein was non-existent (because they forgot it on my order and I had to ask about it (mistakes happen)), and everything has a overpriced upcharge. Want veggies? Add $5. Want extra rice? Add $2, etc. That said, the variety was also non-existent, your options were protein or veggies. Add a spring mix (no different then the one you find bagged in grocery stores) and brown or white rice, then add a sauce. That's it. Expensive chicken and rice is basically what you're paying for, which in fact took way too long to get prepare. That all said, the staff was super friendly, but that's all positive I could really say. I couldn't recommend this place. Hopefully they can diversify their menu and add some better value because at the moment, it is not worth visiting and with other similar restaurants popping up there are much better options. For reference, everything we ordered pictured cost about $50. 2 bowls (one of which they forgot chicken on and I had to ask for), 2 sodas, samosas and 1 extra naan. Hard pass on this place, don't waste your money."
"I love the freshness of the food here. I’ve visited twice and haven’t been disappointed, yet. So far. The Tikka and Yellow (pictured) Masala is good! I haven’t figured out what pairs well with the sauces yet. In my opinion, they don’t complement the bowls well. Unless, they are made for the salads. Overall, great food and awesome service. The staff is very friendly."
