But they were great with us when we needed to adjust their process to make our puppy more comfortable. We had a great experience with our knee surgery and are on the mend. "My fiancé and I took our 3 year old lab here for TPLO surgery in July 2023. The staff was amazing! Dr. Hummel gave us a well detailed prognosis of the surgical procedure. We couldn't be more happy with the results as our pup was walking without a limp just a few short days after. Well worth the cost!"

"This place opens at 8 am. I tried calling for over an hour straight and no answer. I drove there and they was open. I walked in to find 3 receptionist sitting there talking and eating their bagels. smh. Customer service definitely needs addressed in this place of business. They suck. I would not recommend this place. If goggle would let me I wouldn't have given no stars but it made me give a 1 star. " If you don't wanna answer your phones and deal with customers, " SHUT DOWN""

"Dr. Hummel performed both an MPL in Oct 2020 and a TPLO in July 2023 on our dog, Porter, and we couldn't be happier with the results and the experience as a whole. All members of staff are friendly and professional and thoroughly addressed any questions we had prior to and after Porter's surgeries. Dr. Hummel is very thorough in his explanation of injuries, the surgical procedure, and the recovery process. 5 stars isn't enough for the service Skylos provides - we couldn't be more grateful for the care they've given Porter and are looking forward to his full recovery and return to his active lifestyle after his TPLO!"

"Very knowledgeable, patient, and very kind to my very uncooperative dog. Had to get surgery for his ACL. It went perfect. He started walking normally again in 6 days. A little on the expensive side, a lot more than I expected to pay, but if you can afford it, it was well worth it. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do I will definitely come back. Thank you all for letting my dog walk again."
