The paid estimate was 1) late 2) double what we had discussed on the phone and 3) did not adequately address my needs. They really lost my trust here. Despite my dissatisfaction, they were happy to cash my deposit check. Lesson learned. Be wary and don't blindly trust reviews!!"

"I recently used Breath Easy Solutions by recommendations of a dear friend and contractor for my dryer vent cleaning. They arrived and started to clean. I had not had the vent cleaned since I moved in and purchased the house in 2014. During cleaning they identified an issue...the vent was disconnected. They had to cut into the ceiling to find out where it was disconnected but while having to they did it as minimally invasive as possible. They provided a fix the same day while finishing the cleaning of the vent. They and I talked and decided on an agreeable date for them to come out and fix the drywall. They fixed the drywall and allowed me to paint and they also installed an access panel in case we have to get back in the attic again. I plan on calling them again at the end of the year to come back and do another cleaning. I saw the amount of lint that came out of the ducts. They were very professional and were willing to answer all question about what was happening and what any issues they encountered. Their prices were very reasonable. Thank you!"
