"Happy Nest is a good value for service per pound. Prompt pick up/return, tidy folds, follows instructions, timely notifications of process. I choose this service primarily for bulky items or heavy items like sheets, duvets, towels, coats, sweatsand sweaters--what's appropriate for commercial machine. HN has never returned damaged goods or lost an item! I recommend it."

"I signed up to have reoccurring service every two weeks. My first two sessions were great. Then came professional behavior. I received a text sorry we missed you. I had my laundry out and thought they when to the wrong house. I called to find out what happened and was told that they did not feel safe picking up my laundry because the manager thought the location of my home was unsafe and they could no longer service me. We resolved this by them picking it up at my back door. The following occurrence. I get a notification that night saying they are picking up. The next morning I am waiting for a notification they are going to pick up and heck the app that said I it was canceled for the week. Knowing I did not cancel I call to find out what happened to be told "Oh you did not get an email we are no longer servicing your zip code," I asked why and they claimed it was the lack of drivers. My next question was how do you determine what areas do not get service because my friend who I recommend service to is in the next zip code 5 minutes away and did not have her service canceled the major difference in codes is that one is a predominantly minority area in Baltimore City and the other is in "safe area" in Baltimore County"
