"Typical bait and switch. Mike is dishonest and did not put very much effort into cleaning our carpets. The price provided in person was $125 more then originally quoted over the phone and the results were substandard. One particular stain we had to scrub out ourselves that Mike swore could not be removed… Well we removed it! Total time at the house 62 minutes total cost $525 and still stuck with stains and dirty carpet. To make matters worse, after presenting the issues to The owner, he handled the situation by arguing with me and then proceeded to give me a hard time for interrupting his afternoon golf outing. I highly advise you not use this company. Very disappointed."
