She came to my home to give me an estimate. She walked around and even took pictures and proceeded to show us basically how dirty our house was with cobwebs, dust under cabinets, dirt/food under appliances, etc. which is why we need cleaning service. After an hour of talking she stated she would send a quote. It has been 3 days and still have not received a quote, phone call, text, email.
