"Replying to a previous reply from the lash tech, it appears you don’t take consideration to the comments that were left following the service as I wouldn’t leave one unless feeling otherwise. I’ve had my lashes done plenty of times and can tell when the service was not up to par, the last place I’d had been too is very reputable in NYC and is my main service spot however I was hopeful of finding somewhere with a shorter commute. You indicate I may have had issues at my previous fill that caused irritation but that is mistaken as I’ve never had issues there, I was only leaving a review of my experience here following my fill and the lashes fell out too quickly, I rarely if ever have a reaction to my fills so please take heed. I will not be coming here again from you’re comments following my review alone as they were disregarding of my experience, thus not professional, and equally rude. Also you spelled my name wrong."

"I recently got my lashes done here and I was told one price point however upon the service being completed, I was told a higher price which should have been disclosed to me initially. It hasn’t even been a week and my lashes has been falling out daily (without exposure to direct water). Also, it’s been 3 days later and my right eye is watering and potentially has infection or allergy to the lash glue, which has never happened to me before. I would not recommend."

"I am an actress in television. My appearance is part of my profession. For years I looked at people with lash extensions with envy. But I was cautious and wanted to see what the long term results were of having them. Also, I saw a lot of women with them that looked snarled and overly ‘fake’ looking. I did my research. I stopped women in public when I saw them and asked them about their maintenance routine for them. I went to lash salons inspecting their spaces for hygienic practices and procedures. After my roughly three years of research, I decided it was time. Then I set about to find the lash artist for me. I wanted it to look natural, or at least plausibly natural! She’s been doing lashes since before they were the hot trend they are now. And those years of experience are worth their weight in gold! She is meticulous, yet fluid in her application. She is a true artist and takes her work very seriously. I get compliments ALL the time and when I tell them I have extensions they ask who did them because they don’t look like the rest of them! You COULD get your lashes done cheaply at some chain salon, or by someone with far less experience, but BELIEVE ME…you get what you pay for and it shows! Diana is the best in the business. The OG lash artist! You’ve tried the rest, now try the BEST!"
