They provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and as long as I pre-book I usually don't have any issues with getting the day and time that works best for my schedule. I almost exclusively go to Melanie, who has made me feel comfortable from the first time I went to her. She is friendly, fast, and efficient. She is really good at what she does, and somehow makes waxing less painful. Brittany and Shannon at the front desk are wonderful and friendly.
