"UPDATED REVIEW: Unfortunately, Jamil's communication deteriorated and there were several times we discussed a cleaning time and then didn't hear from him until well after the time. (To be fair, we cancelled three times ourselves). Also, we requested a refund of our deposit for a second cleaning and have not gotten it back. I wish I could say better things because the time he came he did a GREAT job. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so glad I found Jamil. This is the cleanest my apartment has been since I moved in. In addition to being professional, responsive, timely, affordable, and excellent at explaining his process, he is a kind, generous, and authentic human. And his prices are by far the most affordable I've seen around here. If you're looking for a reliable and affordable cleaning service, JRM is the way to go. Update as of Aug 2023: Jamil is also extremely flexible and understanding about last minute reschedules. I let him know under 12 hours in advance and it was no problem."

"Extremely unprofessional. I found this service by a google search and some decent reviews. I always rather support a local individual than a large company. Jamil was friendly over the phone when we spoke and I told him I needed a move in clean. I sent him the Zillow listing for my new home so he could see the home’s layout and features and he quoted me a price within 5 minutes. I have the text message proof. Happy to show anyone a copy that asks for it. We agreed on a date, and this was over a week out. I sent a text a day in advance to confirm and the price went up by $135 without explanation. We discussed and brought it down to a bit more than originally quoted but less than the $135 increase. We agreed on the time for the next day. On the day of my appointment, no call and no show. I reached out and got a text message back almost an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled time. Jamil said he could come personally the next day at 9:30. Another no call no show! I asked my husband to reach out and he left a voicemail. Jamil called my husband back and when Jamil heard our address he hung up on my husband. We texted him back and called back with no luck. If he had wanted to decline the job he should have just said so in the first place and not have wasted our time. If there was some type of emergency, we would absolutely understand. This seems like he ghosted us. We were misled, had the price changed on us, two no calls and no shows. Thanks so much for leaving us in a bind. I highly recommend taking your business anywhere else."

"Jamil was a good communicator, coordinating well with me before the date of service -- it turned out, another family he was helping had a large job before our scheduled date of service. Jamil understood once he started helping with this job that it may take a bit longer than he was initially expecting. So, what he did was make sure he had communicated with me directly over the phone -- he explained to me what was going on, and we were able to find a time which gave him the ability to help his previous client fully. I am thankful for this communication, and the way in which Jamil made sure both of our needs were covered. Jamil was prompt, kind, and performed a great job on the cleaning!
