"I scheduled a deep clean, but I did not receive a deep clean. My base boards were not cleaned, my chairs weren't wiped down, my light fixtures over the kitchen island were still dusty, and there were still cobwebs in corners. I'm so disappointed and will not use this service again, which is a shame because the scheduling and booking were great. EDIT: The solo cleaner arrived about 10:30am and left before 2pm. I vacated my house just after 11am, got home around 3pm... then called to complain that the cleaning was not complete. I got a text back offering to bring the cleaner back that same day, but as I had company arriving, I declined them coming that day. They offered another date, but it was never set. My last communication in text was from me to the company. The only room/ floor I asked they not touch was my basement storage room. I don't know what you mean by off limits or appointments on my end."

"Absolutely horrible company. Did not do the job at all, sent me a text saying they saw a bug and left, 45 minutes after starting. Blocked my number when I tried to call to discuss charges. Still charged me $150, but waited 2 months (maybe thinking I wouldn't notice?) so I had a completely unexpected expense in my budget this month."

"I DO NOT recommend this company, look elsewhere!!! I paid 445$ for a move in/out deep clean and excluded the basement (I had already cleaned that myself). Workers came at 1000 when my appt was at 0800. They did their version of “cleaning” and when I got home I was appalled by the amount of dirt and hair (I have 2 cats) that was still in the house. They did not vacuum, did not clean any of the floorboards, cabinets were still dirty, there was dirt on the carpet, cat urine on the walls in the spare bedrooms, windows were all still so dirty, dust in the corners, closets untouched. I called the company the next day (I took pictures of a few of the things that were dirty) and they scheduled for a re clean on the weekend. They sent the same cleaners back who did a horrible job the first time, the cleaners barely even had any cleaning equipment, they lied and said that they vacuumed and cleaned the cabinets when it was obvious they had not. Oh and also they apparently don’t clean the closets so why it’s called a move/in outlook clean is beyond me. They “recleaned” for about 30 minutes and left. The carpet in the spare bedroom had so much cat hair I just ended up having it replaced. THEY DID NOT EVEN VACUUM!!!!! I was sick to my stomach knowing I paid that much money and still had a house full of dirt. I still feel scammed. Very very unhappy customer here. So please do not waste your time or money, find another company that has employees who actually want to work! Responding to you below..yes I did tell them that I had 2 cats and the house was a mess and that’s why I needed a deep clean which is also why I excluded the basement. I received NO emails from you stating the time was between 8-10, nor did anyone on the phone tell me this, I found this out at 0930 on the day of the appt after waiting for 1.5 hours. If the job was too difficult for you to fulfill then you should have let me know instead of doing a half ass job and taking my $445. Perhaps you should inquire more about conditions of the home while booking appointments. The cleaners were obese so how could I even expect them to do a good job. My review was not fraudulent it was honest."
