"Every staff member and all three of the Doctors I have worked with are amazing! They’re patient, polite, helpful, and caring. They have performed the checkups, vaccinations, prescriptions, and surgery for my girl, and have been super responsive on aftercare and random questions. I HIGHLY recommend using this clinic!"

"Had been using Banfield for years. Loved 2 of the doctors that's why I stayed but the front office staff is rude and if they don't like what you are asking then they say yobeing rude and hang up on you. I was referred t the Emergency Vet due to not having any appointments. After my girl was looked at the Emergency Vet advised that I check either my Vet to see if they could get my girl in since it would be cheaper. I called the office was advised that I would have to be seen in the office first before they could do any work. I stated you referred me to the Emergency Vet Was told to stop yelling I was not yelling stated I'm at the Emergency Vet just upset. They said no your yelling hung up on me. The office staff has hung up on me after being rude to me. I called back to talk to the office manager they said we need you name I advised you did not. They put me on hold stated was in a meeting. I will be looking for another office where the front office staff isn't rude when you are going through an emergency or when your pet needs help."
