"I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. This one was the best. From front desk, to service, to support staff, the crew here was nothing short of absolute quality. The facility maintenance was top notch, and then top top of that, the hotel itself was beautiful. Another demonstration of quality was that we visited during a snowstorm. There was continual plowing of the parking lot and shoveling of the sidewalks throughout the event to allow patrons to come in and out. Clearly a high-quality operation. Highly recommended."
"I have stayed at several chain hotels in Haggerstown and this one to me strikes the best balance of price with quality. It was both clean and in good repair, a rare combination in the city is seems. It had a good but not overwhelming breakfast with different options everyday. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, some of them local, and other services. They could have more outdoor seating."
"Best breakfest ever, included. There is a light in the room that you can't turn off at night, we're from way up north in the woods, but other than that this place was great. Yummy food, comfy and clean room as well as spacious. The linens were all very soft and the towels actually absorbed the water after my lovely bubble bath (lots of hotels just give you sandpaper that isn't helpful at all) It was also decorated beautifully, with my personal favorite colors. The gym was in a safe location and looked well maintained, the pool although closed looked like many people could find their peace here. Will be back, thank you! Breakfest was THE BEST EVER!"
"Nice place $170. Great firm beds with smaller pillows. Good breakfast offering. Thursday is bacon day! Cheddar cheese in omelets should be changed to American. It will melt better…."
"We enjoy staying at this location when we're working in the area. It's a great hotel with minor maintenance and functional issues. The room decor was not bad but the roman shade and roll up shade were worn and in need of repair. There weren't enough outlets with easy access. Other than that, no major issues. The staff members I encountered were professional and friendly. Breakfast is good with lots of seating. Overall a great hotel.!"
