"Do NOT let the owner wax your eyebrows!! You will leave with none left and be forced to draw then on for months!! Worst experience ever! I should have known better and stuck with the loc service only but I took a chance, loc service was ok but would never return! Service was done March last year, that’s how long it’s taken for them to fully grow back! Stick to the hair service. UPDATE to owners response. This most definitely was the location on Welsh Ave in Philadelphia, you also had to leave for a minute to go next door to your daycare for something while I waited for you to get to my appointment! I live down the street, there is no confusion on what salon I was at! I got my locs done and eyebrows were done at the washing bowl! (That should have been a red flag right there smh) If you don’t know how to take ownership just say that. And don’t offer services you can’t really do! Very displeased."

"I recently moved to Philly and I was looking for someone to retwist my hair. I’ve had locs for 3yrs and have only had 2 people in my head, the person that started them, and the person that did my retwist . So I was cautious about finding a new person. But Mrs.Tina was so nice and knowledgeable and washed my hair like it needed to be washed lol! It was definitely anointed hands! I can’t wait to come back in a month for my retwist. I have found my new loctian and I’m glad about it! If you’re looking for a retwist or any other services they offer, you should give them a try. My retwist looks great and I’m extremely satisfied."

"All 3 of my children have been a part of Anointed Hands Child Development Center for quite some time, they feel like family. So of course when it came to getting my daughter's hair done for the first time, it only felt right to use their Salon. Ms. Tina, the owner, took the time to discuss what I had wanted and put me with her Fantastic stylist Kadaycia!! She did an Incredible job. Although it was a long process, this woman barely took a break... She made sure it got done and I couldn't of asked for a better job!!! My daughter walked in a Princess and walked out a Queen!! Again, a Special Thanks to Kadaycia, her stylist, and to Ms. Tina, the owner, for help making it all come together!!!!!! I also brought both my sons in for fades. They are small but the barber was Super nice and Extremely patient when it came to my 3yr old. He did an Excellent job!!!! I would recommend them to anybody, and will definitely be using their services again..."
