When we attempted to open the inner glass door we found it locked and the lady sitting at the welcome desk looked up from her seat and said what sounded like "We close in five minutes". We couldn't hear her because she was 5 feet away and speaking to us through an inch of glass, so we asked her to repeat: She repeated herself while continuing to remain seated and by this point we got the message that Samaro Hair Salon does not want our business. I understand this employee may have been an undevoted part-timer but that is not how you treat potential customers."
