"Whole Hog...you can do better. I have eaten here many times but the last couple have been just okay but last night was not close to your standards. My daughter and I came in close to closing 7:40 and decided to order takeout. We ordered a sliced brisket sandwich and wings. When we got home we opened the sandwich and there was 2 small pieces of brisket that was not sliced it was (best I can explain) a tube , skinny hot dog or about .375 x .375 by 4 inches layer across the bun. The wings were dry and did not have a sauce that we requested. I will say my daughter enjoyed her mac and cheese. Sorry to write a bad review, I know it's hard to be a small business but you need to be more prudent in your preparation and food delivery to your clients."
"The best barbecue you can ever try, I used to live near Little Rock, Arkansas and it feels like I'm back over there, they are the champions of barbecue. Unfortunately they are doing a horrible job advertising, there are no signs on the street, the business name is covered by a Christmas wreath, and no advertised specials outside, that very disappointing to see, the business is losing money, put up a big sign outside please . . ."
"About the worst food you can ever try. The wings were fried at least one day earlier, super dry, stale flavor and dark bones and the burnt ends were 60% blobs of fat. Don't pay the extra dollar for the seasoned fries, there's just a spec of spice barely noticeable. The only decent thing about this meal was the soda, they managed not to screw that."
"Great food, and service. I will definitely go again. Didn't know what I wanted. The guy taking my order was patient. I purchased multiple sauces and got 2 for free. Honestly I did add sauce to my chicken and brisket, then put it in the oven. (Not pictured) It was better. The ribs were fine the way they were. Delicious! Mac & Cheese was generic. I spruced that up with cheese, seasoning, and a little milk. Beans great as is. Great corn bread."
"Loved the food! Simple, not too many to choose from so it's easy to order. The pulled pork is. Nice and tender, very good sauce and good variety to choose from. The trophies in the photos show how many times they've actually won bbq competitions, they know their stuff. Staff is super friendly, they give you recommendations and lots of information. Highly recommend it. I'm not one who loves bbq but I am very pleased and satisfied. It is small place. Great job!"
