"We love this place. The sushi is always fresh and creative. I also like their non sushi dishes. This time we got the Thai fried rice and it is very good. Best sushi in Medford and definitely one of the better places in the area."

My family decided to drop by at the end of the day after a day at Six Flags just when they were about to close, and the staff graciously accommodated us with a warm welcome and impeccable service. As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find sushi places that offer a diverse and satisfying selection of vegetarian options. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of vegetarian sushi rolls and dishes on their menu. They also spent great amount of detail on presentation and it was just as beautiful to see as delicious it was to eat."

"Their sushi is really good. I had the shrimp tempura & the California roll, both were delicious! For the first time we also tried their desserts. We shared both the mochi & tempura ice creams, they were both so tasty. We loved the flavors of the green tea & strawberry mochi then not knowing what to expect with the tempura vanilla it was a great surprise. I would definitely order both again."

"Heard many things about USushi so I gave it a try. Place was quiet, and not many tables taken so we were sat right away. They had a lot of take out going on. The waitstaff was fast and courteous. The food was good. The spicy kani salad very tasty as well as the beef negimaki. The dragon balls appetizer was good and unique. Both rolls were very good and the presentation was beyond good."
