"Workers are amazing they do not know the taste or spice level of meats being served to be able to give assistance when picking out food. I don't think it's their fault of their own but the management should have them not only taste all ingredients being served but denial descriptions to read of the spices an heat level of the spices being used on each item if seasoned. Like just a quick brief next to the hot item. My cashier wasn't sure what each of the meats were at all not even if it was beef or pork or chicken . Lol but love Chipotle always have such good food"

"The employees are amazing. They show up every day trying their best. However, they struggle to complete their tasks. They want so badly to do good work, but poor management holds them back. The general manager, Victor Reyes, fails to support his team. Overworking and under-appreciating these workers is heartbreaking to see. If only Victor provided the leadership his employees need and deserve. It's sad that his mismanagement dampens the spirits of such a dedicated staff. With the right leadership, this team could thrive. As it stands, Victor is letting down these workers who only want to succeed."

"Service was terrible. Young kids behind the counter couldn't care a lick about customer service. They were out of items, and I had literally show them the menu item I was trying to order on my phone because they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. The items I did end up with were barely edible. It's not a common experience at Chipotle, but I definitely would not be revisiting this particular location."

"Eh, is about the best I can muster. This isn't based on a one time experience. Service is fair at best and I'm being courteous. The dining area is filthy disgusting! You get a sense that they don't want to have to make more food as they plate your order using the tip of the serving spoon out of an almost empty tray. Keep it, I don't want anymore anyway."

"If you want all the food options, go somewhere else. They almost never have fajita veggies and often are missing several other items. They are also understaffed so if they're busy, have fun standing in line forever. They need better management and a stock person so they stop running out of items."
