"The restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with outstanding food and service. Notably, all ingredients are locally and organically sourced, ensuring a commitment to quality that justifies the price of their fares. The menu is consistently engaging, ensuring there's never a dull moment. The staff is dedicated to taking care of patrons, going to great lengths to accommodate preferences, including adjusting dishes based on individual ingredient preferences. The wait staff is also highly knowledgeable about the ingredients in each dish, offering interesting insights, especially if you're particularly fond of something they can tell you where to buy or where you can find the ingredients. The beverage selection, including wine, beer, and cocktails, is excellent, with some very nice options for wine enthusiasts on their list. My only quip with this restaurant is the upstairs dining room has acoustic issues. Its very hard to have a conversation since there are no acoustics in the room and you can hear people from the other side of the room talking while the downstairs hosts a more cozy vibe. Seek a reservation downstairs (or outside) if possible."

"Our group of 4 all had the Chef’s tasting menu for $100. The presentation of the food and certainly the food itself was flawless. One of our group was gluten and dairy free and the chef was able to prepare her the same menu with some slight deviations without making her feel like she was missing anything. Justin, our server made our evening very special with his enthusiasm and charm."

"Had a really unexpected and lovely experience at The Circle. Walking up to the restaurant it’s in a quaint home with beautiful lights, it was understated but we almost intuitively knew it was going to be an amazing experience. We sat upstairs in a quiet dining room and had a lovely server, Michele, who talked us through all the dishes included the farm to table intentions of the ingredients , and the house made integrity of the restaurant. Our meal was great, start to finish, and each coarse was perfectly sized and timed. It was such a fine dining experience and certainly one of the best meals I’ve had. Will definitely drive the hour back to experience such a special evening once again!"

"This is a culinary delight! It was a beautiful night to celebrate a special birthday/anniversary date. The ambiance is cozy when you first drive up to the 300+ year old house facing the lovely farmlands surrounding the property you do feel like you are somewhere over the rainbow! The service is impeccable and the food was one of the best meals I have ever had; creative, thoughtfully done, and absolutely delicious. Warm and welcoming staff, very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to all the “foodies” out there looking for an evening ride into the country. Excellent job! Well done! Didn’t want the meal to end!"
