I wasnt looking to blame but for some advice and suggestion to ease my discomfort. The situation could have been handled better to 1) satisfy the client and 2) to maintain integrity and a customer."

"I'll always do my best to support women entrepreneurs. I love the online experience for booking appointments with either professional. That part was easy, efficient and it provided consistent email appointment reminders. You must pay in advance and I support that without question. I made both appointments within 7 days of my wedding. Because the stylist stay booked, I went to one stylist for a brow tint and another stylist for a hybrid lash install. The brow tint tasted 3 days. The hybrid-lash didn't live up to my expectations either. I woke up consistently with lashes on my pillow and falling out with the slightest touch. I was so embarrassed when my wedding day make up artist noticed that my lashes were falling out and basically half gone. I got through my wedding and honeymoon the best that I could. I wasn't happy with the product preformance based on the financial investment I made for one of the most important days of my life. I will say that the boutique environment was esthetically pleasing, the stations were clean and comfortable and both of the stylist were on time professional and welcoming. Maybe this was a fluke but it's hard to contemplate a return based on the negative product experience."
