"The worst after hours!! Burgers are dry, buns are hard & fries are cold! This has happened on a few occasions. Only reason they received 3 stars is bc it's better during the day!"

"Never has this location been bad when it comes to customer service. The food is always full and right staff is USUALLY friendly but this time the girl at the register give me an attitude in the drive through line, because I asked her to give me the honey mustard that I asked from the person who took my order my daughter who wanted to make sure they got it right for her happy meal, and they actually didn't which I didn't complain about just asked if I can have honey mustard instead, and she rolled her eyes and said "have a nice night" but in a sarcastic way so no... and than my med. Fry is half full like I litterally food is already over priced but no please give me a half of fries for $3.59. Yeah its byllshit and I'm mad about it and 1star. I go there every Friday, well i wont. Hope they stop hiring little kids for $15/hr who obviously can't handle it."

"It’s a real hit and miss at this place. I ordered on mobile which went fine. This time around I went to pickup inside. Got my food quick, which is great I didn’t wait long probably less than 5 minutes. But I got home to find one of the items missing. Ok, no problem, a little upset but I go back to get the missing item. Again, I told them the issue and they fixed it by getting one that was ready to go super quick. I bring it home to find the Big Mac wasn’t even done correctly. I’m not expecting picture perfect at all but it’s missing some items from it. One star for the missing food and one star for the lack of food. The people though were nice. I give them the fact that they’re busy with dine in, drive through, and mobile orders from all over the different platforms."
