"Most of the time it’s a great place to do your laundry. But tried to do my laundry today and there’s no water in the place. And absolutely no way to contact the owners. No phone numbers or any way to get ahold of them."

"This is a nice laundromat in the small town of Accident. Prices aren't bad compared to other laundromats I have been to. I had one incident with one of the bigger washers that doesn't open from the top not wanting to stop washing our stuff and my boyfriend had to pry it open. I left a note to the owners and they made it right with us. My only complaint is there isn't a phone number incase of situations like that. I get they don't want their phones blown up but if something like that happens where you cannot stop a washer from going after hours there should be someone to contact. Other than that it's a nice quiet little laundromat, great prices, very convenient if you live in the area or are vacationing in the area. I'm giving them the 5* and removing my other review because that was a bad day for me and I over reacted a little, it's usually a good experience here and they try their best. They keep it very clean and try their best to keep up with the change machine, weekends are busy and it runs out sometimes in our experience but it's a great laundromat."

"It’s open 24 hours which was a surprise. There’s no attendant and the change machine doesn’t work. How do you run a laundromat and car wash and not have a functioning change machine?! Thankfully the nice people at the gas station next door let me buy a role of quarters. Quite a few washers and dryers were out of order. Super hot inside! And only two wooden benches to sit on. No magazines or entertainment and no WiFi. I won’t be back."

"This is an updated post: 24 hour location. Clean. Quality washer and dryers. I thought that the quarter machine was working, however it is still does not work. I was told that it was because of theft. Great radio station choice. I would recommend if you are willing to bring your own quarters. A posted contact number for customers to report and retrieve items from broken washers/dryers would be great."
