"Decent food and prices, terrible service. I walked in to place a to-go order on a Tuesday evening and was completely ignored. Staff looked in my direction several times but didn’t help me, and ignored me when I asked them directly if I could place an order. Meanwhile other customers who came in after me were helped immediately. A young woman who seemed to be an employee would go back to her iPad after helping other customers to play games while I stood in front of her for over ten minutes waiting to have my order taken."

"Fantastic hole in the wall right in our back yard. Stumbled on this place last week and then went back 3 days later. The food is incredible, portions generous, prices reasonable and staff is kind. Other places, the Pad Thai is dry but Thai Thai uses a lot of very flavorful sauce on theirs! Clearly run by a family with their own recipes."

"Wow, I was blown away by how delicious the food was here. I am furious at myself for having lived in Arlington for many years and never went here. The lunch special was only $8 for a delicious entree, tasty lemongrass soup, and a spring roll. I highly recommend this place. I plan on returning to find out if lunch was a fluke or are dinner entrees just as satisfying."
