"I had my first experience visiting Ovations for an updo I needed for a black tie wedding, and this salon was recommended by a local girl group on Facebook, and I booked an appointment with Stacy. I made a mistake of misreading the wedding invite and I needed to come a little earlier than my appointment time. When I called day of to see if this was possible, the woman that answered the phone was polite, understanding, and said she would let Stacy know I am coming a bit earlier to my appointment and that it shouldn't be a problem. After checking in, Stacy took me back and got straight to work after showing her some inspo photos I had. Ultimately I trusted her professional opinion/vision. Stacy is a total PRO and I felt like I was in good hands. My hair style came out so beautiful, I truly felt like a princesses, and no other girl at the wedding had a 'do that was elegant as mine!
