"They cut slow. They're very unprofessional to customers. You go in for a cut they all look at you not wanting to cut your hair. They treat certain customers like you're not worth their time. Never have I gone in somewhere and been denied a cut. 4th time I went in there and they all refuse to cut my hair, all because I asked the barber in the 1st chair why he overcharge me when I've been going there for so long and my cut been a certain price? So to get back at me for saying I shouldn't have been overcharged, they deny me a haircut. They're customer service is the worst. And they don't have to worry about me going in there again. I wouldn't care if they're the only shop open. I feel disrespected and will never give them a chance to do it anymore."
