"If you want your hair done by a narcissist who has no respect for anyone, go here. I’ve known amber the owner for 11 years and been coming to the salon on and off during that time. She was never the most professional stylist but I dealt with her antics for the sake of getting my hair done. The last three times I’ve set appointments with her, she’s made me wait AN HOUR or longer after arriving to the salon. Today, 07/11/22, she texted me that she was ready for me to come. I responded that I was on the way. I arrived and she had another customer in her chair and asked me “not to hate her”. No apology, no sense of remorse. No accountability . It would seem that doesn’t have a conscience . I walked out and booked an appointment elsewhere. There are plenty of other salons in philly where the owners and stylists will respect your TIME and MONEY. Don’t waste either by coming here. Side note: the salon has a high turn over rate because Amber treats her employees poorly as well. She is an energy vampire. If you do choose this salon, be cautious and careful with your energy while you are in the salon"
