"This gets more ridiculous every morning. The croissant always has rock hard pieces that I have to pull off as well as black ends but today they also burned the cheese to a crisp. They saw this and still sent it out. Just pure laziness."

For additional context, I was one of 3 people waiting and the drive through had maybe one or two other cars go through while I was waiting. This is the 3rd time this has happened. New hires or not this is just horrible service."
"Drive through is closed. Trash barrels full of trash. Four people working. Two of the girls were laughing and joking about how they were going to make a latte while I waited for help. No one acknowledged me. There was only one other customer waiting for his drink. I left without purchasing anything."
"The worst service ever. Wrong drinks, wrong change, drive thru took about 20 minutes to get through. By the time we got our espresso shots, they were room temperature. I’m sure the workers are nice people but what a terrible experience. Avoid this Dunkin Donuts."
