"The customer service was horrible ! I went to the drive thru they gave me my 3 medium fries then told me to wait for the rest of my food at the mobile parking spot. Waited 10 mins for my food. Then i check the food at it was all wrong. Then i went inside and they making everything a big deal about my order. This place need new management asap"

"12/21/2023 7am Drive thru attendant very rude and not courteous at all!!! Managers need to create a "Chick File" atmosphere and teach Professionalism and care to all employees. Just because you are and have been the only game in town for over 60 years does not mean that you treat customers in a un professional/negative attitude way. Why? I pray for change here!!!"

"Employees not good service especially one walking around like all big shot has if there's nothing to do in the restaurant. Also the cashier machine that ever mcdonald's has are malfunction because it doesn't give you a receipt so if you push the assistance button they won't respond not just that their busy it's just that they don't care. Ps your better off eating at Wendy's that one block over."

"This review is strictly for the attitudes of these workers. There was a fair skinned, white/Spanish female with long black hair (wish I got her name) at the drive thru window @ 5:25pm today, 8/4/23, KS#13. To answer with a "Hellooooooo" rudely when we're discussing our order while WAITING for her to get to the screen, had us caught off guard. This is the 2nd time I've been to this location & there was an employee with a rude attitude. First time I almost had to get out of my car. Which is why I had to write a review this time. This is unacceptable! Then I got a medium mango smoothie that they tried to be spiteful & not fill to the top. I would've asked them to take it back & fill it up, especially for $5.11, but I didn't want my food tampered with. If you don't like your job, don't work there!"
