"My experience was not good. Let first talk about how they wash some lady hair first before she got a relaxer. Ouch. They scratched my hair so hard while washing my scalp was burning. While she the blow drying my hair I sat up to look in the mirror and she pushed my head back with her finger. I went off. Good thing she was almost done because I paid and left after that. I didn’t want her touching my hair no more. That was rude. I would never return"
